Hi, I have Bosch SPS2462GB/19 model for 9 years ran great. lately started vibrating and getting quite loud during washing. Now its not pumping water through the jets anymore leaving dirty and nearly dry dishes.

I cleaned out all the filters and the two spinning jets and found some old wheel bits blocking the drain and a piece of glass, somehow made it past the filters. And when i turn it on and leave it a bit, open the door real quick.. only trickles of water are coming out the jets. It has none to little water in the bottom as well. If I pour a couple quarts of water into the base and run it, it seems to have a little more pressure at the jets, but not enough to even make them spin.

Also, when cleaning out the rotating jets, several of them had small round plastic peices blocking the jets… these peices are about the same diameter as a paper hole-punch, molded with a pattern on the face, adn kinda cone shaped on the back.. obviously broken from somewhere (but not the replaced rollers/wheels or any other part I could find).

I’ve read every bosch related posting on this site, and I’m not sure where to start looking. This seems to be either a forgotten model or so rare nobody has one that is broken.

    thanks in advance

I would suspect that the impellor in the circulation pump has broken up or is being seriously impeded by bits of the plastic detritus.

Complete demolition job to find out, I’m afraid.
