My Bosch Dishwasher started faulting this morning its a SPS5432GB/04 and the timer is failing to make the last 1 or 2 “clicks” on the drying cycle but it is drying.

Took a look at the Bosch spare parts list and the timer is part 069206 which I can order online for £84 but I have 2 questions for the expert, is it likly to be the timer that is faulting or could it possibly be dirt etc on the contacts and if I need to replace the whole timer unit should I replace anything else in there while I have it apart and am ordering spare parts?

    Thanks in Advance.

    Stuart.

    Re: Bosch SPS5432GB/04 Timer Fault

Timer unit is not servicable in any practical way. That said, they are very reliable and I cannot recall fitting a timer on a SPS machine in the last 15 years. I’d take the door outer panel off and check the wiring down by the hinges before taking the plungs.

    Power off, first.
