Hi – we have a Bosch srs4002gb/01 slimline dishwasher that stopped letting water in. We have taken off the left panel, cleaned the water matrix, taken apart and cleaned the float, taken loads of ‘gunk’ from inside where the impellor is, and cleaned the pipe leading out from the dishwasher. It now lets water in, and drains too, but the arms don’t spray water…any ideas please???? Thank you.

Start with the obvious ones first:
Can you hear the circulation pump running? If not, can you hear a faint humming noise? Are the connectors on the pressure switch back on the right switches and connected the right way round?

hi – thanks for the reply. We’ve checked the pressure switches are on the right way. There’s no noise at all from the circulation pump… 🙁

You need to establish whether or not power is being supplied to the pump. Due to FORUM RULES, I cannot advise you how to do this.
