    having a problem with the soap dispenser..org one not working I checked voltage in had reading 239v…so I ordered a new dispenser run on wash cycle didnt open..strange thing it has a permenent reading of 239v once the machine is turned on…but won’t operate dispenser.I presume the problem will be the pcb can anyone please confirm this please need to tell landlord..

    Maybe worth a look at the pcb for any visual sign of breakdown in circuit,trace the neutral back and check the contacts and printed circuit etc.

    Bosch SRS4302GB/05 (D/W)

    The SRS4302GB/05 is subject to the ‘Bosch Recall’ so you need to advise your landlord to contact Bosch who will replace that faulty PCB free of charge!
