    Fitted a new 490467 to this dishwasher. Cust says the lid wont close first time. Have i damaged it in fitting? Or has anybody had this before?

    Maybe your customer is sliding the door over but not pressing it down to latch it correctly perhaps? 😕

    Yea I agree with Martin and make sure they pressing the “ribbed” part of the cover when slid fully across 😉

    Quite correct she was not pushing it down. And did not know the basket had two levels. Many thanks.
