Bosch SRS43C12gb/21 S/Line D/Wash – stuck on prog

Hi folks

Been to this one today when I first went in m/c stuck on prog with the pump intermitantly going on then off.. tried to reset and no reset.. took side off to check water inside m/c and float switch all ok.. suddenly m/c started to fill and work ok.. let m/c fill to correct level and circ pump ok.. reset m/c to cancle programe and m/c stuck on empty and no reset again.. suspect module/pcb.. removed and check no apparent dry joints/ loose connections etc but still suspect module.. m/c 18mths old.

Before I order module any other possibilities I have missed.. or does anyone know different?

Then advise your customer to contact BSH as it is still UNDER GUARANTEE!!!!

Like Martin said it has a 2 year guarantee providing they have a valid receipt and have registered for the 2 year guarantee. I have never had a repair refused by BSH for the customer not registering but you never know 🙂

Registering just gives D+G the customers details so they can offer extended warranty.

Two year g/tee regardless of registration. Just need receipt.

Thanks guys but customer lost sales reciept and only guesing at age of m/c so anyone still got any ideas on this one please? 🙂

Mick, if you note the FD number, that at least will tell you when it was made (i.e FD number 8502 = Feb 2005)
