I have a Bosch SRS46A02GB which is failing to complete it’s cycle. We have it on a timer ti run at one in the morning, but at seven it still hasn’t switched itself off.
I would be grateful for any advice.
Beek , when you come down to it , is it still running and is there any water in it ? It sounds like it may not be heating due to lack of water and this is why the cycles not progressing . If its running with plenty of water in it , is the water hot ?
It seems to be running well enough. It draws water, heats it, washes ok, and starts to dry, but then seems to “get stuck”. The countdown display says that it has (a variable number) of minutes until it finishes, and the pump seems to continue to run. I’ve checked that the final drain hose is clear, but apart from that I can’t think what might be causing it.
When these machines are in a drying cycle , they don’t actually make any noise . It could be that the wash motor running empty is what you can hear running . What happens if you ‘re-set’ the machine ?
