    I have read a few threads on here regarding the check water light but I don’t know if the responses also apply to my SRS53C02 as I don’t think this machine has the jug impeller. Can anyone confirm or suggest what I might do to cure this. The machine is fairly old (2005 model) so maybe its time for a new one?

    No your machine does not have an Impellor jug. Check the base tray as it my be flooded ( best test is that machine will drain even with the door open). Or, the inlet valve is faulty or the taps turned off. That should keep you busy for a while. 😀
