My dishwasher seems to go through the cycle, drops the tablet but doesn’t wash (tablet doesn’t dissolve)

I’ve good water pressure entering the machine. The inlet filter is clear.

I’m measuring aprrox 3K7 across the inlet solenoid terminals.

I’ve disconnected the impeller jug from the plastic manifold on the rear of the machine and when I run it, water does flow from the impeller but not with much force.

    YouTube clip showing impeller:

How do I confirm if it’s the impeller?

What else may be the problem?

    Thanks for any help

It’s filling with water ok I think (the overfill float is just below the point of triggering the microswitch). Water is flowing through the bottom arm, but not enough pressure to make it spin (both arms are clear of debris) but can’t see any coming from top arm.

Normal cycle been running for 10 mins, water still cold

had one the other week doing just that on the same system

ended up being the impellor had split so only the rear plate was going round ro had no pump pressure
