Bosch T/D making scraping noise?

WTE86308/GB-02. Very few of these round here so first one I have seen.

Customer complains of a metallic, scrape-scrape-scrape noise.

I could not hear any such noises on visit, any know problem areas causing noise.

Also how do you release the front edge of the side panels, I had a look inside the left hand panel with it held open and everything looked in good order from there.

If it was scrape,scrape, squeak I could help you…
Normally removing the front fascia will reveal more screws.

usually a coin or stone trapped between drum and front plate. small screwdriver run around the gap from inside the drum normally prizes it free.
