    Going to this on Monday, customer says she sets timer then pushes start but nothing happens.

    Prior to this the drum had been stopping at various times and machine made a buzzing noise, poss capacitor, or any other info on this model most wellcome.

    Possible relay or door micro switch on the blink

    Check the mains supply, faulty wiring in wall socket can contribute to this type of fault
