Customer complained the above machine was taking too long to dry.
I found the vent hose cover blocked and vent hose half full of water. Clear these and ran the machine, it appeared to work OK.
Got a callback, still taking too long to dry, and according to the customer clear filter light flashed.
Filter was clear and machine vented outside OK, machine still heats. After it ran for about 5 minutes on the 40min setting the machine stopped and the clock went to zero. Tried a couple of times while double checking the heating and venting and finally got a ‘F9’ error.
Checked resistance across the 3 element pins and had approx 40Ω, 80Ω & 120Ω, the NTC gave a reading of about 27Ω.
What does the F9 indicate and any suggestions what is happening with this?
