Bosch table top dishwasher

Hi I brought a bosch skt5002gb table top dishwasher when I bought it the lady said that I need to mix the salt with water is that right as other dishwashers you only need to pour it in.and do u know we’re I can get a manual from please many thanks anthony.

but i needed the rest of the Enr

most dishwashers have a salt container as a water softner and you just pour the salt in dry
