hi all
posting on behalf of my mother
she has an upright stainless steel effect freezer, its started randomly defrosting and last night it was down to -11 from -18 so presed super to get it back to -18 again
it did this a couple of weeks ago and a local appliance bloke said to leave it turned off for a coupla days and turn it back on, that kinda worked but it looks like its missbheving again, any ideas whats wrong with it
