Bosch top load wont stop?

    Hi had a call from customer to say that she has a Bosch top loader mod wol 2200 and that it wont stop. does the full program but when it goes on final spin just keeps going the only way is turn it off, no flashing lights, will have a look tomorrow any pointers would be handy
