Bosch Tumble Dryer

This one apparently cuts out within a minute or two according to the customer although it wouldn’t do it for me as always.

She says she loaded it, selected the program, touched start and it started ok but within a minute or so it stopped again with the start light flashing so she pressed the start button a few times until it managed to run the cycle. This has happened several times she says.

Has anyone got the tech for this one please before we start down the road of part substitution?

But seriously, I suggest you take a close look at the heater box as its likely to be bunged up I would imagine. 😀

I would take a look at the pump.

You need to check with your customer if any other lights are flashing when it stops .
