Had a phone call today about this machine(sorry no model numbers).
The machine works ok for normal loads but when used for sheets and quilt covers etc it rolls them up into a ball and they wont dry properly.
The machine is just over a year old and is a top of the range model but it doesn’t reverse, it just keeps going in the same direction.
I am sure the machine is working ok but just wondered if anyone had any tips as how to stop this happening.
