i need to visit this unit this afternoon

client says “empty condense unit” is showing all the time, even after emptying and returning collecting dish, anf therefore no action.

any quick ideas where to start

merry xmas to all that read and a happy new year also

Blocked hose from pump to water tray would be my guess.

    Re: bosch tumble dryer

Had occasion to re-visit this appliance, i thought i had cured the problem with blocked pipe, unit was working ok when i left on1st visit.

unit now not heating up or infact doing much.other than rotating

what ever programme setting you select…unit runs for 30 to 40 secs and then anti crease/end light comes on.

any advance on this one welcome

    many thanks

Which problem , the first ‘Empty Container’ or the second ‘No heat’ fault?

The first almost always the pump hose blocked. The second an NTC or overheat stat fault as a rule. But do please be more specific and I will see which magic wand I need to loan you. 😈
