Bosch U1451S0GB/05 OVEN

Hi all,
After some advice regarding the the replacement of a control knob and indicator disc on the above. Can you pull the knob out through the panel, as when I tried it seemed very tight and I did not want to break anything Or will I need to remove the complete panel?

Have a look at diagram yourself, it shows locking collars.

This unit is fitted quite high up in the unit so I will get it on the floor
and get a better look as it looks like its a bit of of a job to get to.

Are you replacing the control knob because its off scale and will not push back in flush??

Ok Goose
Take off lid above selector, look at working one and twist the two parts of knob back into position, Bobs your uncle.
Kids always forcing them the wrong way 😆
