    the alarm was sounding and flashing at first so stopped that from beeping.the display was on -14 i tried changing the temperature to – 18 but noting it goes back to -14 after 30 seconds.also the customer has said the compressor runs all the time and never switches off.the seals and door are fine also.

    Check up through the grid at the top . Is it all iced up behind it ? Sometimes a 48 hr defrost is all that’s required especially if the doors been left open for any time.
