    Hi all,
    does anyone have any error codes listings for BSH appliances please? This washer dryer has E13 displayed on any cycle selected within a few seconds of starting… momentary woosh of water if on a wash or rinse, then the error….
    Any help gratefully received

    E13 is a door lock error……However , there are 3 possible caused .
    Faulty door lock
    Low insulation on dryer heater
    Faulty component on control module.

    Unfortunately , it’s not that easy to identify which one is the source of the fault. Measuring the insulation on the dryer heater will either confirm or rule out that.
    Then it’s 50/50 but the price of the board is hefty !

    Thanks for the help. The insulation tests were all ok, so fingers crossed for the interlock. Thanks again
