Bosch vented dryer

Morning guys,

Just been out to a vented Bosch WTV74104UK/10,

Customer reports on any sensor dry program and with low heat selected clothes ares coming out damp. Sensor programs work with normal heat.

Vent hose is clear, fans working, no blockages and all sensors test ok, heater is fine and no TOC have been activated.

I’m stumped, anyone come across anything similar before?

Sensor drying does work OK using the normal heat programmes on most fabrics. Low heat should only be required for more delicate synthetics and in cases like this using a timed dry setting is by far the best or only solution.

The symptoms indicate to me that there is no real problem here and adopting the solution above should be the resolve.
