Bosch very new W/D, door clicks but not locking

Bosch Washer/Dryer wvg30461gb/02. This a new type with brushless motor, squire latch,
I have been to two of those in the last week, the door clicks closed then unlocks. It’s not the heater or interlock.
other engineers have put this on topic but I don’t think anyone has said what the cause is, main suspect is the PCB.
Any Bosch engineers out their who can help.

Hi. Did you get anywhere with this. I have just been to the same model with the same fault. Fitted interlock but no success. Suspect PCB but it’s an expensive one!

Had a couple of these and on each occasion it’s been the joint between the wiring (to the door lock) and the PCB. To test my theory I stripped the PCB assembly and hard-wired the door lock – machine then worked perfectly.
