Bosch W/D Enr WVD24520GB/03 FD8807

Going to this on Thursday, customer says works OK on wash but stops after 5-10 mins showing F17 on drying cycle. See from known error codes regarding another Bosch model that this is a valve problem. Anyone confirm it’s the same fault code for this one?.

Dryer NTC problem IIRC?

F17 is related to the condensor inlet valve….but can also be a board problem . It’s a ‘filling timeout’ fault but if its ok on wash fails on drying , then the valve should be your first checkpoint. Also Check the pressure hose where it connects to the pressure switch for splits/cracks .

OK thanks for that nomadPaul, have ordered an NTC (under a tenner)and will check valve and pressure hose.
