Bosch W/D stuck on pause

Bosch washer dryer WVD 2440gb/04
I cannot take off pause and paus comes up on display, Tryed holding start button
In case child lock is on, Checked heater and pump.
Anyone come across this problem ?

Is that even with the selector in the OFF position?

Model number not recognised by the way, please check again. 😉

try this. turn knob to off or 12o’clock .
now turn to 6o’clock, press and hold the spin select button and turn knob to 7o’clock .continue holding spin button for around 5 secs. release then turn knob back to off.
