    Hello all , any bosch engineers for help please

    went to Bosch w/dryer WVD24520GB/01 FD8708 with f18 error , no blockages , hoses clear, drains fine , even changed pump.

    tried it on gentle dry , goes for about 5mins or so and comes up with F18, any ideas what else causing problem

    Did you look at the flow of water into the appliance as its drying? Could be valve related. (Did you insulation test the heater?)

    Water was going in, maybe worth changing?, will check heater , as in the washer heater or dryer heater ?, the dryer was heating ok ,

    The dryer element was heating but what was the insulation?
    It could be that too much water was going in, as in the restrictor has come out of position?
