Customer is complaining of an intermittent F04 fault can any one shed any light on this ❓
Sorry forgot to ask for a model No. but can get it if required.

The washer is 4 to 6 years old.

Fundemental error there then alfie as model tells all and many error codes listed in the Error Codes thread. But as a guess it’s either a motor fault or pump fault for starters.
