    Bosch WAA24171GB/12

    Hi guys

    Whichever program you select on this washer, the door locks, then nothing.
    The wash light illuminates on every program then after 30-40 seconds it flashes a pump time out error.
    I’ve tried a different pump, but no joy.
    I didn’t have a door interlock to try. Not sure if its worth ordering one?
    Brushes and heater are fine.

    does the pump get power ?

    No nothing.

    Not sure if there is a child lock on this model.

    Tried pressing start button for 10 seconds.

    you have checked brushes but have you checked motor with meter to check armature and field coils are intact

    cant see a child lock but have attached owners manual in case you have not seen it
