    Guys,

Using my fault code guide I’ve diagnosed a fault on this machine as an ‘unexpected heating fault’ however after giving the machgine a once over I’ve not come across any faults on components, is this a module issue?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Guys,

Hate to try and get my post back to the top of the list but really struggling with this. Bought a new PCB as couldn’t trace the problem and it hasn’t solved it. The smallest bit of advice would be appreciated.

Mark, not something I’ve come across on these, but I’d be checking insulation resistance of heater & motor. Wiz

Not having a fault code guide can I ask what does the guide suggest is “an unexpected heating fault” when it’s at home?

I had one of these today, same machine same fault.
Customer told me it got stuck in a wash cycle and then it wouldn’t do anything apart from flash the wash light.

I checked through the machine when I was there and couldn’t find any faults. I was about to give up and saw the note in my book on how to reset the Bosch machines after the brush change and thought I might as well give it a go.
The machine started to work again, I don’t know if it was just a fluke but it was working when I left.

One thing I did notice though was even if you select a spin or the drain cycle it does light the wash light until you press the start button then it lights the spin light

    Cheers,
    Ray
