    Hi All,

Firstly apologies as this is my sisters machine and I’m trying to remotely diagnose before travelling the 100 miles to fix.
She has a Bosch WAA28168GB Washing Machine which has decided to start tripping the electrics in her flat.
Ive asked her to run some simple checks such as running on rinse only programme but is there anything that may be obvious on this model?
Its 3 years old and judging by her its not overly used much 🙂

    Thanks for any help

The heater could have an earth leak but the more likely is that the motor brushes need replacing.

Thanks Martin, for the cost ill order up a set of brushes from the store….by the time I’ve got to them I may as well replace them! How do they fail to short?

Because the RCD trips long beforehand thus preventing serious damage. 😉
