This machine has the teardrop backplate…on removing this plate..I wanted to fit a new heater…the heater access is lower that the cut out..so I was unable to do the job. it looks like you need a small car jack or similar to lift drum up to access…!! any advice welcome..John

all i can think is try turning machine on its side and see if the drum move up enough to get it

if that wont then you can try releasing the shocks to get it higher but beware of soap dispenser damage so you may have to loosen that as well
