hi,
it has an E21 fault I replaced the brushes and checked the motor but I cannot clear the fault code. I have tried the usual 6 oclock thing
but to no avail.
any ideas welcomed

is that the only one you have tried i thinlk there are 3 different reset routines

try

wab machines
1) Close the door (The following operational sequence must take place after switching on the appliance)
2) Set program selector to OFF position
Wait for at least 2s
3) Set program selector switch to position 15 while the Start/Pause button is pressed until display is active
4) Release Start/Pause button
All remanent errors will be reset
