I can`t seem to get the buttons or the prog knob to regester a program as soon as you turn on 55 appears in the screen then it gose to -0- the 800 spin light comes on and the start light flashes. have tried the touch board reset. but still no go any ideals.

Sounds like the child lock might be activated. You’ll probably need to deactivate that to get the appliance running. The procedure is in the instruction booklet but it’s normally stick it on a programme and hold the start button for approx 5 secs. The only problem is that it may have to be on the last programme used that has to be selected before deactivation.
