hi guys checked this out looks fine checked element , ntc and pcb all look fine and measure ok anyone come across this before 😆

This may sound a bit daft but have you checked if the machine has been accidentally connected to the hot tap.Ive had this problem before.

i did first thing , only one connection cold feed

I’ve had two of these recently and both needed the heater relay changing on the pcb.

Blimey….that’s a new one on me…..would the heater not be on all the time in that case and wouldn’t it simply burn out once the clothes started to burn? 😕

No, as soon as the water level drops and the pressure switch resets, it cut it off.

Edit: I found the ones i needed were 9 volt relays and not the usual 12 volt ones.
I got mine from RS Components, stock no: 683-9154
