this is a two option button and a start type machine. middle light (rinse) flashing carbons gone. I’ve tried all the ways I know and can think of to clear this error code but nothing works am I missing something or is there a code clearance I dont know?

have you tried

press and hold start
turn timer one click anti clock wait 2 secs
release release start button wait 2 secs
turn another click anti clock

turn off waits 5 secs then back on

I left it with the customer last night and this morning she told me that after many attempts to clear the code it eventually came right.
dont you just love this stuff!!!!!
