rinse light flashing as soon as select any program, wont do anything else, anyone help?

Yes it wont let you do anything

a lot of people have had problems getting some of these machines to reset

some have got it on the 9 or tenth try, some have said disconnecting motor helped

you could remove panel and see if there is any damage or signs of bad relay solder joints
