When you say you tried the pressure switch, what did you do? What you need to do is check for blockages in the pressure vessel, holes in the pressure switch hose and try blowing down the hose to listen for clicks from the switch. If you have a spare piece of hose you can try briefly running the machine with the pressure switch disconnected. You connect the spare hose to the switch, leaving the original hose connected to the vessel to avoid leaks. With the machine filling up you blow in the spare hose to see if it stops filling. Before you re-connect the pressure switch you need to put the machine on drain or pump to empty out any water in the pressure vessel. Extreme care is required because you need the machine powered up for this final functional part of the checks. If in doubt you should only do the checks that can be carried out with the mains plug out. :zap:

Bosch tech?….Are you in the trade then Mike?

The machine should be covered under the 2 year warranty by the way. 😉
