right i’m a newbie so please be gentle !!

my 4 year old bosch (model as above) tripped my RCD twice during a 30 deg cycle, didnt complete it cycle properly

tried to drain/spin load before restarting cycle but nothing happened.

after exstensively reading this forum i remove bushes which were very worn, one was completely dull contact surface the other only half the surface seemed to be shiny so only partly in contact with motor

Didnt seem to solve problem so cleaned surface of motor were bushes connect as it was very dull.

Didnt work so removed and inspected pcb boards behind controll panel as on this forum they say can be damaged or even break but everything seems fine and not corrosion or damage.

checked pressure switch by gently blowing into it and it clicks with change of pressure so that seem fine and also blowed into pressure switch pipe feed and that seems clear.

also read on here that there may be an issue with temp switch next to heating element, i remove this and checked for continuity when cold, there was none, so put it in an eggcup and sat it in hot water, still no continuity. but then realised if i am trying to spin/drain surely the temp is irrelevant.

bushes are fitted right way round !
during drain/spin cycle the pressure switch can be heard clicking during cycle, the drum spins smoothly by hand, the motor seems to spin smoothly

    please advise

There is an overload toc embedded inside the motor, this does often blow when the brushes have gone right down.

A check of the motor with a suitable multimeter or meggar will determine if the toc has blown.

just had advice from someone on ebay, yes your right there is a thermal overload cutout sited inside the back case of the motor,

you can check if this is blown but doing a continuity test on the 6 elec conectors on side of the motor.

they are sited in pairs 1&2 3&4 5&6, tested fine on both outside pairs but middle 3&4 gave no reading so TOC was blown, took motor apart to check and this was the case so ordered second hand tested motor with new bushes on ebay for 80 pounds and free postage.

was told by ebay guy that often people blame pcb board behind control panel (this was also told to me by local supplier) and when replacement PCB doesnt work they complain about it also being broken when often it is motor.

so try test as above and ill post when motor fitted in couple of days to confirm.

    many thanks
