hello everyone trying to get hang of new forum not had much look with search,

been out to this bosch wae24165gb

refuses to lock in any program, and left hand side of facia with wash and spin selection lights are flashing(or illuminated)
turning the selection dial does nothing,

to me a couple of lights in row look a bit dim?(no comments please)
so they go
1200=on
—-=off
800=on
—–=off
rinse=on

customer said hes done his research and it corresponds to motor fault? with that i went straight for motor and changed low brushes to no avail.

any ideas, have give machine a good visual but found nothing.

On here somewhere is a reset for this model to clear the error stored. I cant seem to work the search either.

It something along the lines of… turn dial to 6 oclock, hold spin speed button in, turn dial to 7 oclock, then turn dial to off. I think?????

cheers for info. its really ads up as brushes were very low, ill try search again or google it?

The trick with using search, as revealed by someone earlier, think it was Pigpen, is to leave off the last letter of the word that’s getting ignored and replace it with an asterisk, e.g. Bosc*.

used this info on reset on 2 machines now and worked a treat cheers tim!
