    There is no F:00 code as far as i’m aware MK . Have you seen the display or has the customer told you themselves ?

    Select programme press start F:00 comes up immediately. Micheal

    Just checked again. Switch on, select programe and F:00 comes up within about 3 secs. nothing else happens. Is there a reset mode. Micheal

    Yes, turn the selector s/w to the 6o’clock position. Then hold in the spin speed button and turn the selector to the 7o’clock position. Release the spin button and then turn the selector knob to the off position. That should reset any error code, fingers crossed, though I too haven’t heard of an error F:00 before! 😕
