Called to this today. Fault is when you set it to a wash it fills for about 5 seconds and just stops. It works ok on the rinse and spins ok..

They told me someone else called to it a week ago. He changed the inlet valve and since then it’s been doing this. It doesn’t look like he did anything wrong fitting it and looks like an original one fitted. Checking the old valve one of the coils were open circuit. Any ideas? When the valve went would have taken the board? Pump is working ok.

It begs the question, why didn’t they get the other guy back?

Good question . More to the story is that the water pressure was awful bad and when he replaced the valve this is what was happening. He told them it was the water pressure causing it to stop. So they got a plumber to sort out the water problem but machine doing the same..

They also called a Bosch engineer out afterwards and he wouldn’t touch it when he had seen the old valve on the kitchen top.

A little update, took the board off to have a look. It’s the board alright, the transistor that supplies the solenoid that was open circuit was blown.
