customer trapped clothing in door since then door will not lock tried new door switch still not locking display just showing -0- also when you select any prog the spin speed is stuck at 1200 is there a way of re-setting prog or could this be a board fault

-0- is the symbol for the child lock. Not sure if this is on due to a fault or if by some reason it’s activated.

thanks for that customer has no instruction book so not not sure how to release i am sure if i go back it will obvouse

Press and hold the start button for 5 seconds to activate/de-activate child lock .
