    Got this machine in this morning with F21 fault. Changed brushgear but still shows error. Is there a way of cancelling it or am i looking at a module?

    You need to reset it by entering test progamme.

    Selector dial to 6 o’clock . hold spin speed button and turn selector dial one click clockwise then release spin speed button. Now turn selector dial back to off .

    Appliance should now be set back to normal.

    There’s a few F21 posts on the board concerning this ‘re-set’ Geoff if you have a quick search.
