Bosch WAE24363GB/05 Flashing Key Symbol and Can’t Operate…

Hi,

Have only spoke on phone so far.

Customer says that machine stopped with 16 mins to go, orange key symbol and Start light now flashing.

If she turns dial to off then selects any prog the 16 mins and flashing return exactly the same.

Any ideas before I go please.

Ask her to switch it on to any programme then press and hold the start button for up to 5 seconds. Then switch off and try again……fingers crossed!

Did the trick Martin, thanks very much.

Don’t know why it malfunctioned though and displayed at 16 mins all the time until I cleared the child lock – mystery.
