ParticipantHi folks
Been to this today
Door locking up but door lock light still flashing to say door open and not starting.
Checked lock and wiring as far as possible but no replacement door lock on van to try.
Suspect module but not sure where door lock wiring comes back to module.
Not ideal situation as at adventure center and teenage kids milling round as raining outside. New project for kids to do their own washing!!
Just wondered if was something else like motor brushes – but the tested out ok anyway and never been to a Bosch that motor faults don’t start m/c. Something the kids might have done like child lock? – just thought about that as posting this but don’t think so because you can select programs.
Just wondered if anyone had interlock fault on these where door locks but doesn’t feed out or more likely a module fault?
Thanks
Mick

You’re gonna have to remove and inspect PCB for surface damaged methinks!

ok – thanks Martin
Just wondered if there was a posibility of known door lock probs on the off chance.
Room had number of teenagers in trying to keep out of the rain made it a bit constrictive. Think next time will insist on clear room. Im just to soft – didn’t want to chuck them out into the rain.

Been back tried door interlock but door still locking, no start and dorr lock light flashing. Didn’t think it was door lock as it locked up and never yet had door lock faulty that locks but doesn’t feed out – but there is always a first timne.
Didn’t persue any further as they are thinking comercial machine now but still suspect PCB fault.
Thanks for the replys though.
