    When on a 60c cotton wash this machine shortens the program by about one hour after it has been on for about 30 mins.
    Other programs are working correctly.
    I replaced element and NTC but its still the same.
    Any ideas please ??

    Can you check to make sure the ‘Speedperfect’ option button is not lit?

    Hi Martin. That was the first thing I checked. I also checked that nothing had spilled over the buttons.

    You may have to check but I think this is normal. I have a Bosch and if I choose a long 60 degree cotton wash without speed perfect selected it shortens the wash if not a full/heavy load, after about 30 mins. I think they calculate the load via motor torque like so many others these days. Either that or mine also has a fuzzy logic fault.
