ParticipantHi folks
Went to this today fully expecting child lock reset. Went through child lock reset on every program and even did a fault code reset with the faint hope it might solve the fault all to no avail.
Machine displays all programs times etc but start button just keeps flashing (will beep but nothing else) but machine won’t lock door or start. No fault codes displaying.
Suspect a posible door lock fault but as is a solenoid type I didn’t have one to try or posible pcb.
Would it be anything other than door lock or main pcb? Machine only 3 years old.
Any pointers gratefully received.
Thanks
Mick

Are you sure the delay timer (aka the ‘Ready In’ button) hasn’t been set by mistake?

Thanks for the reply Martin
Looking a the instruction book for this model it suppose to display a key symbol if the child lock has been activated but all that is displayed is the program time.
I did send a text to the customer earlier after a search for this type of problem asking her to try the clock button as this was an alternate child lock activate/deactivate button on some models and was worth a try but not heard back whether successful or not.
Instructions state pause/start button is child activation/deactivation button.
Would have thought if delay time was set it would indicate some how in the display window.
Thanks
Mick

Hmm….might just be a duff interlock I suppose or the plug in connector to it?

I replaced door interlock on one last week. Worked fine afterwards.

If it isnt the door lock, its the pcb.
