Had one of these last week with a pump change due to hard water.
Afterwards, Customers said it never really washed great either and the clothes come out hot.
Looked at the back and the blue valve on one of the water pipes was the hot one, connected it to the cold and all is good.
Now customer says that it gets to 1 Minute in the display and it can stay there for a couple of hours before it finishes the wash.
No flashing lights reported and she says it mostly finishes the wash itself but after a very long time.
She admitted that it did this intermittently long before I looked at it but it seems to happen all the time now.
I’ve seem the 1 minute left on d/ws a lot but I have to admit I’ve not seen it in washers.Anyone know what may be up?
