bosch wae24467uk/10 intermittent spin fault

hi this bosch washer sometimes goes from 8 mins to end to 1min then finish , othertimes it spins the full time to the end any ideas please.

The spin times varies dependant on what programme is selected of course. Otherwise if you are talking of the maximum spin cycle (Cottons cycle for example) varying? Then poor motor insulation is almost entirely to blame. What is the state of the motor?
