    Hi,

Not been yet. Customer selects program, time shows in window, presses start and indicator goes to’0’and nothing happens.

Is this a slumbering board? If so, how do I wake it up?

Or does it indicate further problems?

    Thanks…

    Laurence.

A “slumbering board” is a new one on me. Like Fuzzy Logic taking a kip? Or maybe a EEPROM doze perhaps?…….but seriously could it be the delay timer has been accidentally set? Go armed with a lump hammer, just in case. 😉

    Happy Crimbo! 😀

if its -0- then the child lock may be on, hold the start button on for 10 secs or so.

    Thank you Mark.

Just rang customer (couldn’t get there until next Monday) and relayed your advice. She rang back to say it worked.

    Thank you so much…

And thank you too, Martin for responding so quickly.

A very happy Christ-mas to you all.

    Laurence
